📦 How long will my order take to ship?
Current turnaround time is 4-8 weeks (Business days). I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please be patient, as all orders are handmade by me.
✨ Are the cups sealed?
All of our cups are fully sealed for durability and to prevent any shedding of glitter.
🧼 How can I clean my cup?
Do not soak cups in water. Clean with a damp towel for best results.

📦 Shipping Policy
Turnaround time: 4-8 weeks (Business days). Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shipments.
Shipping method: USPS Priority (2-3 day shipping). Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
International orders: Shipped via USPS First Class. Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes. We are not liable for customs delays.
Lost or damaged packages: We are not responsible for lost/damaged items during transit. ROUTE must be purchased at checkout for package protection. Claims must be filed through ROUTE. Replacement may take 2-3 weeks.
Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. If an incorrect address is provided, reshipping fees will apply. We do not modify addresses after orders are placed.
